Bunny in the Hat Productions was founded by T.J. Leutz, a media content producer and designer driven by a passion for storytelling, creativity, and purpose. With more than 16 years of experience across film, media, and design, T.J. built Bunny in the Hat as a space where ideas take shape through collaboration, craft, and human connection.
Most recently, T.J. worked as a Video Producer, producing quality internal media and training content for major automotive brands and corporate initiatives. His role spanned concept development, multi-camera production, post-production editing, and the integration of AI-enhanced workflows.
In addition to his production work, T.J. is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist and vocational instructor, having taught video production and graphic design as part of digital media therapy programs for individuals recovering from traumatic injuries. This experience deeply informs his approach — blending technical precision with patience, empathy, and adaptability in every creative project.
